- We ship worldwide from our Surat, India workshop.
- All orders are securely packaged in our signature Moonrays gift box and fully insured in transit.
- Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing in the destination country. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes levied by their local customs authority.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Bespoke or custom-sized orders may require additional production time; you will be notified at checkout.
Returns
We want you to love your Moonrays ring. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for Return
- Item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or alterations are not eligible for return.
- Custom engraved or bespoke resized rings are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Return Process
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with a return authorisation and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a tracked, insured service. We recommend keeping the tracking number.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Ring Size Exchanges
Getting your ring size right is important to us. We offer one free ring resize within 60 days of delivery. Simply contact us and we will arrange collection, resizing, and re-delivery at no charge. If a size exchange is required (rather than a resize), we will do our best to accommodate it subject to stock availability.
