2. Products & Descriptions

We endeavour to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and photographic lighting. Gemstone weights are approximate. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to refuse or cancel orders based on incorrect pricing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by their local authorities — these are not included in our prices. Payment is processed securely via our payment gateway at checkout.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer and a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email and dispatch the item. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

All Moonrays rings carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or damage resulting from improper care. To make a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase.
